uTorrent as a world internet communism weapon.
What should this kind of program have to become recognizable in the network? Not as much as you may think – it only has to be really useful, up-to-date, easy to use and don’t eat a lot of system resources. Oh, almost forgot. It’s really better to be free. uTorrent satisfies all the mentioned parameters that’s why I chose it to be the hero of our overview.

It’s really better to be free. uTorrent satisfies all the mentioned parameters that’s why I chose it to be the hero of our overview.
The speed of the torrent networks growth is a small wonder today. ‘Users are happy, rights possessors are at death's door (joking)’. Theoretically, the situation we have today at the torrent trackers market may be easily described by this phrase too. As for the file exchange in the runet, it enjoys just a huge popularity here. Communism which didn’t find it’s use in real life is being successfully realized here among the users and with no less success materializes into income of torrent trackers’ owners. All one need to realize this communist internet regime is to download uTorrent torrent client, adjust it’s settings (it’s quite easy to do) and that’s it – terabytes of music, movies and all other stuff are already at your hard drive D. The only challenge that torrent system user may face is the lack of free space at his hard drive .
And still, no matter how much promising our internet communism is, let’s step aside from the theory and thoughts and look at the uTorrent with the eyes of a common user. We see a simple and intuitively plain interface which everyone who ever used downloading software knows. By the way, it is very easy to localize this program – you can download Russian (or any other) localization at the developer’s web-site.
Regarding options and the volume of realized functionality uTorrent looks just great. You may adjust practically all functional set, there is a schedule here which can restrict upload for (or even ‘at’) certain periods of time, there is also a capability to ‘rule’ the program via web-interface. And of course embedded RSS-aggregator created for fast receiving information from ‘favourite torrent trackers’.
But as in our everyday life, there is a fly in the ointment here too. Yes, uTorrent is simple in it’s functionality. But probably that is it’s main disadvantage. uTorrent is a highly tailored application. And it can do nothing but download/upload: there’s no updated base of media files, no search in the favorite tracker. uTorrent also lacks the capability to finish the downloads at different PCs – and is there anyone who doesn’t like to use free corporative internet at work and finish downloading of the remaining part at home? That’s why simplicity is more of a disadvantage than an advantage in our case. According to these circumstances, I choose MediaGet which besides it’s simplicity has a lot of useful functions which help the user to enjoy the torrent networks potential at most still being accessible.
